Can lawyers conduct due diligence on multiple accepted offers?

"I think we should submit an offer but we are a little confused what it means for the 305 Riverside place. I mean we like both of them would be happy with either. But... would the lawyer be working on due diligence for both at the same time?"

Due diligence would only be for the one she decides on right? She would have to make a decision first right?
