This took a while to find, but a nice gentleman at CoreLogic who does phone support for the HGMLS told me that Zillow does actually have a phone number. You can call 866-324-4005 if you have an issue that's actually their fault.

Apparently it's a well known issue that Zillow can be quite stubborn in not refreshing their feeds, and ignoring emailed support requests, even when they are wrong. Just crazy that they have so much market share and power, despite being this unresponsive.
