What documentation do buyers need to submit an offer in NYC?

Morning. I just got off the phone with a potential buyer of one of my listings. She wants to put in an offer for my Hell's Kitchen listing. Can you send me the info she needs to fill out? They already have their pre-approval letter for a mortgage.
