  • Which websites accept open rental listings in NYC?

I believe the StreetEasy, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads network only accepts exclusive listings now, plus they charge you $3 a day per listing.

Any ideas for a new agent who wants to post some open listings of landlord buildings?

I heard Naked Apartments might accept open listings, but you need a paid account?

Hi. Naked Apartments do accept open listings and is free for renters, however there is a monthly fee for landlords or agents that wants to advertise their property.

This is an excerpt from their FAQs.

"Naked Apartments is completely free for renters. We do, however, charge landlords and agents a low monthly fee in order to advertise on the site. Our current pricing can be seen on our sign-up page.

You’ll find that our pricing is low enough that if you land just one client from our site, you should generate enough profit to pay for an entire year of advertising on our site – even with the most expensive plan."
