I'm aware that commercial lease transactions are much more frequent vs commercial sale transactions, just like in residential. But how do commissions work? I hear it's some sort of a sliding scale?
Obviously for large $100mm transactions I assume it'll go as low as 1%, but what about for smaller commercial deals? Anyone know?
