It seems that fair housing laws are much more strictly enforced in residential real estate vs in commercial real estate. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Perhaps it has to do with demographics to be honest. For example, I'd imagine that there is less diversity when it comes to commercial real estate, and landlords especially in a city like NYC are more establish, and old, and probably less politically correct. Thoughts welcome!
