Standard real estate due diligence documents in NYC

Hey guys, just curious what is standard for buyers' lawyers to ask for in terms of due diligence materials after a buyer's offer has been accepted. Here's an example we saw recently on a deal. Is this typical?

2. Financials – Thank you for sending the 2016 financials, but are the 2017 financials ready?
3. 2018 Budget
4. Co-op Purchase Application

6. Co-op Building Certificate of Insurance
