Can't find Hauseit partner broker profile or biography

Hi, thank you for getting back to us. Yes, we are hoping to talk with a couple more brokers for our home purchase. The broker we spoke to this morning is great on the phone, but when we were doing research, we couldn't find his bio online. He's not listed on his brokerage firm's own website. We are a little baffled and concerned.

We did reach out to him, but he redirected us again to the firm's website instead of his own page. We thought Hauseit connects buyers with experienced brokers? Or does the platform send more administrative staff member or junior broker who's just starting out?

Hi Amy! The real estate broker you spoke with this morning is listed on their brokerage company website at the bottom of the “Agents” page. The person you spoke with is actually the Principal Broker, meaning he is the most senior broker at the company, and the head of the company.

As of this writing, all of our partner brokers that you speak with will generally be the Principal Broker or an otherwise very senior member of the company. They typically do not have their full resume on display because they do not need to, and because of personal privacy concerns.

With that said, the agent who will be your day to day person in conjunction with the senior broker will have a profile, photo and bio all of which are listed on the Agents page.

Please note that we do not have any additional partner brokers available to speak with you tonight at 8:30pm ET as requested. But please rest assured that the gentleman you spoke with this morning runs one of the most experienced teams in the city.
