Edits to Property Tour Video on Listing

Hi! Thank you for the great property tour you guys created. Didn't know this came free, what a nice perk for your Agent Assisted FSBO customers.

Just wanted to make one edit. Could you please also replace three bedroom photos (photo #7, 8 and 9) in the YouTube video with the new ones as the bedrooms have been painted to white.

Hi Jen, thank you so much for your feedback and we're really glad to hear that you appreciated this free add-on service. Please note that we don't always provide this free perk, especially for listings that don't have professional photos.

Please note that unfortunately we are unable to make custom edits to property tour videos, if we provide them on a complimentary basis. We unfortunately would not be able to keep it free if we offered back and forth edits with our video editors for each customer.

If you'd like, we'd be happy to remove the video from your listing. However, we recommend submitting a listing update request if you feel it's necessary, to simply add to the listing description that the walls have since been painted white.
