Hi Arthur! Your property will be listed in the Hudson Gateway MLS (HGMLS) by one of our partner brokers. Our partner brokers are based all over New York, but as you've alluded to, we are more heavily concentrated in the New York metro area.

The partner broker you are paired with will be a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), but may not necessarily be based in Rockland County itself. As we mentioned, most of our partners are based in New York City.
