How to list home with owner contact information

Hello, I am selling my apartment in NYC. I would like to list it on Streeteasy and all the other websites, and list it with my contact details (listed by owner). What service should I choose with you guys then ?

I don't want any agent service .. just to list it.

Hi Alexis, thank you for checking out our services! Our flat fee Agent Assisted FSBO listing service is the closest product to what you're looking for. However, please remember to carefully read our product page and FAQ because that service is not a "For Sale By Owner" or FSBO listing which is what you seem to be looking for.

In an Agent Assisted FSBO, one of our traditional partner brokers lists your property through their software to the REBNY RLS and all relevant public search websites (including the site you mentioned) all at once.

Remember that only brokers who are members of REBNY are able to list exclusive sale listings in the RLS. Unlicensed individuals such as individual homeowners like yourself are not able to list your home directly on the RLS because 1) you're not a broker and 2) you're not a member of REBNY.

Hello, I just signed up for Agent Assisted FSBO listing and I got a call from the Principal Broker of my partner broker who said I needed to display my own FOR SALE sign in the front yard, and other locations (street corners to direct people to my home). That's fine, but WHAT PHONE NUMBER DO I DISPLAY ON THE SIGN? WHAT ABOUT A LOGO? He said he would have someone send me a logo but I'm still waiting. And I've got to get a sign ready. Can you help??? Soon???
