How long to reflect listing status change on StreetEasy

Change done! Status changes typically take several hours to reflect on StreetEasy these days, a tad longer on other sites like Zillow, the NY Times and Trulia etc. Usually within the same day is common.

P.S. Just checked, it's already reflected on StreetEasy at least. Other sites will likely reflect that status change in a few hours, and usually within the same day. Please be patient though as these are third party sites which we do not have control over. They'll need to refresh to feeds for the new listing status to updates on their websites.

The buyer has a broker (which is hard to work around), so we did not eliminate the 6%, but we did save on the seller's broker obviously! Thanks again.

Hi Una, your listing was just uploaded this afternoon, please allow up to 48 hours for full syndication to occur. However, syndication to some sites like StreetEasy is usually quicker and can sometimes only take a few hours. Please be patient, thank you!
