This question is posted on behalf of a flat fee listing customer who inquired on whether she could de-list her home and use her unused days the following year:
Hauseit team –
My husband and I are currently listing our apartment for sale through Hauseit. We also used Hauseit’s photography services to obtain professional photography, including virtually staged images, of our apartment.
Given the upcoming holiday season, we are considering taking the apartment off the market and re-listing sometime in the spring. To date, we have used about 2 of the 6 months of the term of our listing agreement.
If we cancel our listing agreement prior to the expiration of the 6 month term, (1) do we need to re-pay the listing fee when we relist at a later date and (2) may we re-use the photographs we previously purchased through Hauseit at no additional cost?
Thank you
