  • Questions about the 1% Full Service Listing

    Hi,

For the 1% listing option, does Hauseit do everything in terms of setting up the apartment for sale, Including reaching out to the Coop Management company and Coop Board?

What is the cancellation policy for the “Full Service for 1%” option?

And are there any additional fees that hauseit collects if the sale goes through?

    Thanks

Thank you for your inquiry! Yes that’s right, the 1% Full Service listing option is a traditional, fully managed process. Sometimes your input as the owner will be beneficial, but it’s a full service listing meaning our partner listing brokers will handle everything for you, per industry standards.

That typically includes liaising with the managing agent (i.e. and indirectly the co-op board via the managing agent) on your behalf, though many owners choose to be involved as well.

In terms of cancellation, please refer to the "Contract Termination" sub section of the below article on what to negotiate in a listing agreement. It's an industry standard 180 day listing agreement, which can be altered with mutual agreement.

There are no other additional or hidden fees. Hauseit does not collect any fees for this service at all in fact, as 100% of commissions go to our partner brokers.

    Thank you!
