I don't have photos ready yet, but will send them to you when my photographer is done. I've already paid but haven't e-signed yet.

Just want to make sure the listing won't go live until I'm ready/have made all my final decisions?

That's right! Our partner brokers won't commence your listing upload without photos or a floorplan. So that's correct, our partners won’t list it until they have the go ahead and photos from you!

If however, a customer has uploaded everything plus e-signed the flat fee listing agreement, our affiliate will begin the upload unless a customer specifically emails to ask to delay the upload. This is possible, but please let us know if you want to delay your listing start!
