Hi Lucy, when we occasionally get this question it is because the customer (or in this case your husband) is logged into Zillow or whichever 3rd party website they are browsing. Please log out or use a private browser.
We appreciate that you may have a lot of questions, especially for something as important as selling your home. However, please note that you’ve purchased a DIY product that does not come with phone or email support. If you would like to speak with someone on the team to get more personalized help, we’d be happy to accommodate with our flat fee phone support service.

PLEASE change the email address on Zillow. I have now sent 3 emails asking you to do this. It is my husbands personal email you have listed. The online form you sent me does not include an option to change an email address. It should not be a difficult fix. The listing email should be [redacted].

We do not assign any form of email address to each Zillow listing. All listings go under our firm’s email address listings@hauseit.com and any inquiries we receive are forwarded to you. If there is something specific you’r referring to, please send us a screenshot. Rest assured you will be sent any and all inquiries when received.
