Hilarious! What a low hit rate way to try to get listings :-) These guys never learn.

As we’ve both agreed on, all you need are professional photos this next time around plus a more realistic price. That’s it! And at least 3 months off market so you can automatically reset your day count when you relist on sites like the NY Times, Realtor.com, StreetEasy, etc.
