Do all owners need to sign the flat fee listing agreement?

I jointly own my apartment with two other family members, you can find all three of our names in public records as owners of this apartment. Do you need separate email addresses for all three of us or can we all e-sign from the same email address?

May we ask you to please confirm the email addresses of all the owners listed in public records for your apartment?
