Possible to change commission to buyers' agents later?

Hi, I have a question about the Agent assisted FSBO. Is it possible to change the percentage offered to the buyer\'s agent after the apartment has been in the market for some time? Or this cannot be changed at all? Thanks

It is possible to change the commission offered in MLS or RLS; however, the change would not apply to represented buyers where the buyer’s agent had already inquired about the listing prior to the dissemination of the change. It would only apply to future buyer broker inquiries.
