To clarify I wanted to ensure I understood the process to respond and counter offer, since the listing is under your partner broker's name I do not want to misrepresent them in anyway. I am happy to take it forward just want to ensure I align with them and not cause any issues for your partner broker's team.

Since you have an Agent Assisted FSBO listing, feel free to explain that your listing broker is quite busy so you’re stepping in, and that your listing broker is okay with that. Feel free to take it from there!
