Follow up question for the Hausit team - For the deal sheet, if using the flat fee basic package should we list Hausit LLC and the broker name that’s included in our listings? And if so what detail on license numbers etc should be included?

Hi Courtney, stepping in here. It seems you can download a deal sheet here: https://www.hauseit.com/real-estate-forms/ and you should be able to find Hauseit LLC (your listing broker for the DIY flat fee listing plans) license numbers on the footer of the main website:

Assuming that you're listing in NY: "Hauseit LLC is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed to do business in New York under license number 10991232340."

For other contact info like phone / email, sure you can find that too on their website. Don't think anyone uses fax these days so doubt they have a fax number.
