- Buyer agents have commission certainty with a FSBO submission in RLS?
- We have claimed the Zillow listing, does this affect the RLS push. Should we unclaimed prior?
- What do u need prior to push to RE sites: copy, photos, floor plan, site login IDs?
- We think Street E. will be best RE site, then Zillow, Trulia, etc... Yes?
- Want to make sure we do not get the warning sign on Zillow for FSBO listings. I assume no, as will not be a manual added listing.
- What is the turn around time for the listing agent to forward leads to us?
- How do we know that any leads that are not from a broker (buyer contacts out listing broker direct) are not the routed to a buy broker?
