Where is the flip tax information for my listing displayed?

I am getting a lot of pushback from a broker about not putting the flip tax in the description or anywhere on street easy. Is that information available to brokers? I didn’t think it had to be in the description as long as it was in the listing somewhere and I know I provided that information to Hauseit.

Hi Alonso, the flip tax is normally not included in a listing’s description. In fact, most sites such as StreetEasy and organizations like REBNY will only allow information about the property itself in the description.

May we ask you to please use Listing Update Request to confirm your flip tax information so our support team can take a look and make sure it’s included?
