Taxi Limo and other proprietary broker databases in NYC

Hi, we just closed today through the Agent Assisted FSBO service. The buyer was represented by an agent.

The buyers' realtor is saying that the listing is still contract signed and that it needs to be "sold" today in order to close properly.

Is this done? Can this be taken care of ASAP? I've closed now.

P.S. Thanks, I'm just getting a lot of texts from the buyer's agent! So just to confirm, the taxi database has it listed as sold?

Hi Grace, Taxi is the name for Corcoran's proprietary database that pulls data from the REBNY RLS. Elliman for example also has their own proprietary database called Limo.

Our partner brokers marked your listing as sold to the RLS earlier today as you requested. There is nothing further for them or you to do.

The buyer's brokerage could refresh their data feeds, but honestly this has no impact or anything to do with you.
