Scheduling Open Houses (Co-Op) - Agent Assisted FSBO

Hi - I am considering using the Agent Assisted FSBO service to sell my co-op apartment. Because it is a co-op, any open house must be by appointment-only, rather than during a set time-block. If using an Agent-Assisted FSBO service, how would scheduling open houses by appointment only work? Would any requests for appointments be forwarded to me? What happens if requests are made after hours or during the weekend (particularly day of the appointment)?

Hi Karen, we recommend posting any open houses, including open houses by appointment only, at least 3 business days in advance to give people an adequate time to see it and reach out to you to make an appointment.

Inquiries would be forwarded to you during regular business hours, within a commercially reasonable amount of time as described in the Agent Assisted FSBO product page and FAQ.
