Remove listing from one website only

Please remove our listing from Zillow Only.

We wish to list as for sale by owner on Zillow and need to have admin privileges back.

Please do not make any other changes on any other listing (mls) etc.

Hi Chris, thank you for this great question! Unfortunately it's not possible to remove a listing from one site only because once your listing is uploaded to the MLS / RLS, it's automatically syndicated via a data feed to all other 3rd party websites automatically. There is unfortunately no way to decline syndication to a specific portal as a result.

With that said, please remember that your flat fee listing is not a traditional For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listing, but is rather listed with one of our partner brokers. In fact, one of the primary advantages of listing with a traditional partner broker is that you won't have any confusion, resentment or boycotting from other brokers who look at your listing.
