HDFC Co op lawyer accountant financial advisor recommendations

I am a shareholder of a HDFC co op. My building is considering taking on a mortgage but we already have debt. Do you have any recommendations for a financial advisor who's familiar with coops, and HDFC coops in particular?

I've worked with Andy at Presti and Naegle before, they're quite good and he in particular is extremely knowledgeable. With that said, they're not the cheapest. Expect about $1500 for a personal tax return filing, and I'm assuming more if you want him to be a building advisor of sorts, or building accountant.

Speak with him, maybe he'll cut you a better deal. Would love to hear any recommendations for other good accountants from the folks here. Especially ones that are familiar with real estate and NYC and are affordable!
