Poll: How many sales via Assisted FSBO had a buyer's broker?

How many sales via Assisted FSBO had a buyer's broker? Just wanted to get a sense. Thanks!

My guess is 90%. Why? Because in NYC it's a well known statistic that roughly 90% of all deals are done between two agents, a buyer's agent and a seller's (or listing) agent.

Since the partner brokers through Hauseit I believe are all traditional firms (per the home page), this statistic should be no different for Agent Assisted FSBO listings. Just my 2 cents.

But yes, I hear you. It's nuts that this country has a 2 agent model in real estate, and that most deals are still done through two agents.
