Is there a generic coop board application template that is available for download in Word, Excel, or PDF format? I'm familiar with the content posted here (https://www.hauseit.com/sample-coop-board-application/) but the sample is not downloadable. Thanks in advance, much appreciated!

Hey Gidon, nice job finding that other link. Did you check out this Template REBNY Coop Purchase Application for NYC yet? There's a link near the top where you can download a PDF version of a "standard" purchase application for a co-op.

Though keep in mind in reality, the purchase applications can vary greatly by building. Each co-op building in New York usually has its own custom board package purchase application.

Why are you asking? Are you a seller in a self-managed coop building that doesn't have a standard purchase application on hand?
