Hi Mina, so it sounds like you already have an exclusive listing agent for your property, but other agents keep soliciting you and trying to poach you as a client?

If that's the case, please try to get a record of it and report it to your listing agent. Just copy them in on the email if you are being solicited by email. While not illegal I think, I know for sure that it's against current REBNY rules to solicit another member's exclusive seller client. The agent trying to poach you when you already have an exclusive listing agent can face REBNY fines up to $10,000!
